Has been a while since I lost time

Post by Kismet »

So worried because it's been a really long while (few years) since I've lost time. Don't get me wrong, I'm eternally grateful. But in the past there's been times I've woken up when days or months have gone by. I'll never get that time back to see my children grow. I should be enjoying being normal but the anxiety is killing me.

I havent lost days ive lost moments ive blacked out my childhood and ive been asked if ive lost time because i disassociate so easily its like breathing for me it is my go to coping mechanism.

While i havent experienced what you are talking about it is something that happens to people.

What is different in your life now from the fugal periods you had.

Just thinking that perhaps some stress fActors have changed.

Welcome by the way it seems we are both new
Just another messed up chick, who hates her body and face, and voice, and thinks she is useless and her stuff isn't that bad and she should get over it.
