Need Medical support!!.

Hy,
I 'm from Toronto. I was looking for a therapist in my area. I'm having serious anxiety issues. I noticed that this therapist near to my locality using play therapy, not only for kids but for adults as well. I just wanted to know if anyone else has used Play therapy before and how was the experience like.

Also, tell me some ideas to convince my husband to take me to this therapist.
Your suggestions will be really helpful.
