Survey?

Hey I was wondering if anybody remembered which episode this survey was from. I remember it talked about a guy who was working in an office and he had had a lot of recent personal struggles and a coworker saw the pain in his eyes from across the room. She took him into a room and told him how much people cared about him and then gave him a big hug. Any help would be great because I remember it was one of my favorite surveys.
