This one was pretty wild. Hard to imagine being helpless, exposed and uncertain in that way for so long. PTSD response is totally understandable!

I found the section from 1hr 20min to the end interesting and uplifting.
The PCL-5 questionnaire every two weeks with a graph of progress. Her detailed description of her symptoms. And at 1:33- her way of navigating now, day-to-day. Nothing heroic - Just kindness, compassion, and small acts of good. It's about all we can do.
