my therapist let me go because i had too many problems

Post by frankmiller »

he told me his supervisor(they are interns i guess..it was a free non profit service...lucky me to live in san franciso)
told him i had problems that required more experience..i did prositution for 22 years, and i am a recovering drug addict.
i was very happy with him,i had to wait months on a waiting list to see him,and after trying out therapists for over a year,i thought he was THE guy.
they gave me referrals to therapists i cant afford.im a dishwasher now.
can they legally just turn me away from services just because i used to turn tricks?
i guess i was simply a drug addict and had run of the mill depression i was be ok
but having the added trauma, ptsd, makes me unqualified?
not fair!
now i have no therapy and im feeling really freaked out
i really really need to be in some kind of therapy.
