I've dealt with depression my whole life too. I know that feeling of wasting your life and wondering what could have been if only you had come from a supportive family. I have no answers. We can only try to muddle through the best we can.

High Cholesterol and triglycerides are pretty much the norm in America. I wouldn't stress about it. I've been taking the fish oil for years. As long as your stomach can handle it, you won't notice anything other than hopefully some better test results.
